Acceptance and Modification of Terms of Service
- This is an agreement between you and the CollectAll App (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”) regarding the Auto-Renewal Debit Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). This Agreement constitutes a prerequisite for the use of the Service provided by the Software by the Member (regardless of individual or organization). Unless the Member accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Member has no right to use the Service, and the Member's choice to use the Service shall be deemed to be an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Description of the Service
- 2.1 The Service is a service launched out of the Member's demand for automatic renewal, under the premise that the Member has already opened the Service, to avoid the Member's loss due to failure to renew the Service in time due to negligence or other reasons, the Member irrevocably authorizes the Software to debit from the Member's Apple account the fees of the next billing cycle before and after the expiry of the Membership validity period, and the billing cycles include The billing cycle includes, but is not limited to, monthly, weekly, yearly, etc. (the same hereinafter), which the Member may choose by himself/herself according to the billing cycle displayed on the platform of the Software at the time of purchasing the membership services provided by the Software. The premise for the realization of this service is that the Member has bound his/her membership account with the above account and the payment can be successfully deducted from his/her above account.
- 2.2 Auto-renewal specifically means that, based on the premise of 2.1, the Software collects the Member's fees for the next billing cycle through the said account by way of deduction, and the Member shall ensure that the Software can successfully deduct the fees from the said account, and the Member shall be solely responsible for any failure of the renewal of the fees due to an insufficient balance of the deductible funds in the said account.
- 2.3 This service provided by the Software to the Member are limited to the Member's use within the APP of the Software, and any act of separating this service provided by the Software by malicious cracking and other unlawful means is not part of this service agreed in this Agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and the Software shall pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator in accordance with the law.
- Rights and obligations of both parties
- 3.1 If the Software deducts the fees for the next billing cycle through the Member's account mentioned above, it shall be deducted at the agreed time of opening the auto-renewal, and the amount shall be credited to the Member's payment record, and at the same time extends the validity period of the Membership accordingly.
- 3.2 If there is any error in the deduction process, the Software and the Member shall work closely together to identify the cause, and each side shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both sides, both sides shall bear the corresponding responsibility in accordance with the degree of fault; if the loss is caused by both sides' common fault, but it is not possible to distinguish between their respective faults, both sides shall share the responsibility equally.
- 3.3 The Software may change or modify the relevant service contents, rules and terms of this Agreement in accordance with its business development or technical upgrading, etc. The Software will inform the users of the relevant changes or modifications by means of public announcements on the relevant pages, but it is not obliged to make individual notifications separately. If the Member does not agree with the modification of this Agreement, he/she can cancel the service he/she has obtained and stop using it; if the Member continues to use the service provided by the Software, he/she is deemed to have accepted all the modifications of this Agreement.
- 3.4 The Service shall be canceled by the Member at his/her own choice. If the Member chooses not to cancel, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the deduction attempts made by the Software in accordance with certain rules, and once the deduction is successful, the Software will open the Member's membership service for the next billing cycle.
- 3.5 If the price of the relevant member services of the Software is adjusted at/before the time of/before the automatic renewal, the price currently in force shall prevail.
- Activation of Auto-Renewal Service
- 4.1 If you activate the Service from the app of the Software, you are deemed to authorize the Software to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the Apple Pay that you are authorized to bind before and after the expiration of the term of the relevant membership service, the billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, weekly, yearly and so on.
If you activate the Service from your IOS terminal, you are deemed to have authorized the Software to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from your iTunes account balance before and after the expiration of your relevant membership service period, including but not limited to monthly, weekly, yearly and so on.
- 4.2 With respect to your chosen payment channel, it is your obligation to regularly monitor and ensure that you have a sufficient balance in your account with that payment method to satisfy automatic renewal requirements. In the event that you are unable to successfully renew your membership due to any of the foregoing reasons (including but not limited to: insufficient balance, insufficient balance to satisfy the user's choice of multiple auto-renewal services), the relevant membership services will not be continued.
- Validity Period of Auto-Renewal Services
- 5.1 Unless otherwise specified by the Software, the auto-renewal services are valid for a long period of time.
- 5.2 The Software will start to send you the renewal notice of the auto-renewal service by sending SMS or WeChat public number before the expiration of the service period that you have chosen, if you have any change, please follow the path of 6.2 below to make the change, or else the Software has the right to regard that you have entrusted the Software to renew the corresponding service fee through your default payment method.
- 5.3 In order to avoid disturbing you, the Software also provides you with the function of subscribing to the renewal notification of the automatic renewal service, if you need to continue to subscribe to the renewal notification, you need to reply to confirm that the information meets the system requirements of the Software, the Software will continue to provide you with the renewal notification reminder, or else the Software will no longer disturb you after a certain number of reminders.
